I take it the special edition is lower ES and harder to get? :')
I guess it will be impossible to get the special edition if in EU

I think you should be fine. The licence is global and I think like the damaged version of the Iron Man it will be offered right alongside the other version, no more different than any other deluxe edition or EX. It could indeed sell out faster but I don't see it requiring any special hurdles above that of the other edition.

In statue speak time dilates so end of December means maybe in February. Which is fine, guessing won't come out until mid to late 2021.
