While I love Wolvie, Supes would simply punt the runt to space as soon as Wolvie tries to pounce on him. That is, if Supes doesn't burn him down to less than a single blood cell with his heat vision from a distance.

Supes could use his ice-breath, freeze Logan in a block of ice, drop him in the ocean...and then 60 years from now Marvel would have another Captain America (Captain Canada? Haha.)
Seriously, I enjoy both characters...but there's soooo many ways Superman can kill Wolverine. As some have said,. Logan doesn't have the strength behind his claws to puncture Superman's skin. It probably wouldn't need to be Hulk-level (as the claws are so sharp already), but certainly at LEAST Spider-Man level strength.
