HONRY TRAP "KAT-YA" aka MAGGIE WRONG
#110/150
Been a long wait...let's just leave it at that.
Overall they did an amazing job. Only beef I have is the Portrait is slighty different from the prototype and picture on the color box. Close, but can be a deal breaker for some. I personally would have liked the way the prototype looks, but its our choice to keep it or not.
See full set of pictures in the "collection corner" under my page:
capchi3 collection from the heart...thanks for looking!

The difference is just paint related... when they did the prototype they had profession painters do it, where as with the production version you have factory workers painting it... It's rather rare if the production looks just like the prototype (paint wise)....
I'm happy with all my Honey Trap statues... got 3 of them so far..

True, but I see a difference in the facial features.
The paint apps are Great, guess you are right, the way the factory painted the face makes her look different. It was the first thing I noticed when I took her out. But again, overall I am happy with the piece!

I seriously can't believe nobody has taken the time to contribute some quality pics. Disappointing. Still waiting for mine to arrive despite paying for it over a month ago.

Anyone planning on using Kevin Dart's artwork to decorate their Honey Trap displays?
Here are 1280x1280 graphics except for Whisper which can only be found at 500x500. Too bad these are not available as prints. I still have the Kat-Ya, Lucky and Derby postcards from Comic-con from all those years ago.

Along with my experiments in cutting vinyl for my statue displays, I wanted to try some glass etching. Years ago I had bought some tinted glass hexagonal mirrors from Ikea about 6 inches in size. I was thinking about etching the Honey Trap logo. There are two shades in the box both with a bronze like tone. I'll post the results when I get a chance to do this.

I love that artwork. If these were ever released as prints I'd be all over them.
