For me Winter Soldier, IM1 and Avengers are my favourites. I would put this on par with Antman and GoTG. It's quite a trippy movie. I will say it probably has the best cast of actors of any Marvel movie but the story/script is a bit thin and in many ways they are wasted. The villain again is poorly explored considering the actor involved.

I don't think Winter Soldier will ever be topped quality wise. IMO, its the absolute perfect super hero film. A great story, a great cast you were already familiar with, a brilliant antagonist, and amazing action scenes. Again, I truly believe its the perfect super hero movie. Its definitely #1 on my list and I honestly dont see that ever changing.
