Sad to say, your late to the game....The only place that Usopp is still around is at BBTS but they want $700 now and Zoro has sailed....

Marineford Arc Ep. 457 if you want to see White Beard Pirates in action.
But i recommend starting from the Impel Down arc Ep. 422 or even as far back as the Sabody Arc Ep. 385 to get a better feel of the story.
There are some filler episodes in between.

start from episode 1. you'll eventually meet Whitebeard, but will have a hell of a good time getting to him

Look up "One Pace" they work through the episodes and take out any filler, even stuff like long shots on characters faces etc are cut down to keep up the pace so it's more akin to the manga, pretty much what they did with DBZ Kai.
I wouldn't really recommend just watching 1 arc for a character to justify buying a statue lol, if you are gonna do it, watch it all.
