I was thinking these would be small scale too. But someone on Neogaf posted last night that these are the scale of that Titan from an anime. I like Donatello the most but I think I'm out on the Turtles. Unless he's really good and I can find a spot for him.

Looking at the size of the name card, I would say these are 1:7 scale.. probably the size of Koto's Bishoujos
