Doubt it. Pretty sure he just used one of the heads from the bust set instead.

The daftness in that video is off the charts:

1) Letting someone other than you switch out a part from the statue
2) Letting someone other than you switch out a part from the statue from height (standing on a chair)
3) Letting someone other than you switch out a part from the statue from height on a hard surface (tiles)
4) Filming it and uploading it on YouTube
