Hmm. I'd stop and think about this, but I get paid by the signature per piece for this sweatshop company i work for..

Today, I'm "Angelina Jolie".

Perhaps, but they don't come with a Millennium Falcon.

This is not the point. What he was saying is that for an extra $600.00 you can get the millenium falcon with Harrison Fords signature so that's $600.00 on top of what the Millenium Falcon costs. My question is, how did MR come up with the $600.00 cost for his signature?

What do you assume? That the fee for a signature of Ford costs $600,00?
I think it's ridiculous $600,00 extra for 'just' a signature. Ofcoarse it's very nice to complete the total, but $600,00 is out of balance.
I'll give anyone my signature for $1,00

E-bay isn't all bad for autographs. Just like any where, though, it is best to know about the autograph you are ordering. The more samples and signing habits you know about a person, the better. Just be careful.

And yes, I too have thought if these were auto-pened or not

I would think it took quite a bit of money to entice HF into doing this. Apparently, the deal took a while to finalize too. It's not as if HF needs the money as he makes about $100K a day working on a film. As far as I know, this is the first time he's done this sort of thing...

As an aside, over the years a number of people here have purchased the occasional signed photo and cast signed poster (X-Men, Buffy, LOTR, Star Wars). I'm amazed at how many of them were deemed to be fake. Thankfully, most of them got their money back.

In light of this, I'm not sure how meaningful the $100 price tag being using as a benchmark for a HF signature is. Unless it comes from extremely reputable distributors who freely put their name and rep totally out there (unlike 99% of these dime a dozen eBay sellers that come and go), chances are you may simply be throwing your money away.

Like anything else, you're paying for security.

Heres a pic of Harrison after signing his 500th autograph... after his tenth signature I know I`d get very bored.

It also sort of looks likes he wearing his pyjamas too - must have been a loooong shift.

BTW, I'm sure every MR signature it's 100% authentic. If there's place that I trust about "SW" autographs beeing authentic, this is MR. Official Pix, too.
