I haven’t seen any of those posts but if I’m not ordering from SS or SF, BBTS is my go to place. Been ordering from there for almost 10 years with zero issues. I’d take the dive you should be fine.

I'm in this camp too. No issues. Shipper boxes inside a box. Pile of loot. Flat shipping rates.

They do their best and have done good by me.

I got almost all my Bishoujos from eknightmedia.com. Having said that...it’s been awhile since I last bought one but at the time Eddy and his team were outstanding. Maybe check them out

Bishoujos are usually produced in large enough numbers that retailer cancellations are rare. BBTS probably has the best packing in the business.

I had to return something recently, and they didn't give me a hard time like in the past. I would say their service has improved.

Well DCBService.com looks to no longer be offering Kotobukiya items for discounts, so that sucks major for this once especially.

I see so many china ko now for these and with boxes too. They are like 23.00 shipped. The ko uses the real pics to sell them. Sadly koto don't want to do anything. I emailed them and they ignored it. These ko must be taking a share of their profits for sure. Probably that's why the prices keep increasing to the consumers to make up the losses to them. I see those ko sellers are selling an insane amount these days online. Like 50-70 while the real ones sell like 5 in comparison. Some will not know thinking the koto products are subpar quality and will resell them as real not knowing those were fake to begin with thinking they got a super deal for 23.00 on a 100.00 bishoujo.
