Hello everyone.

I completed my diorama work, the photos of which I shared before. I am also happy to share with you the photographs of my workshop, where I will now create all of my new works.

To mention about the diorama:

While my toy collecting journey, which started in the 90s. continued in early 2007, my father was making models of vehicles such as boats and ships out of wood. My father prepared shipyard dioramas.

These works attracted my attention and I started watching them. Then I started researching other types of dioramas and examined the materials. In the following years, I made some diorama works. There were even some very beautiful ones among them. But there was something I didn't calculate. The bases of these dioramas were very large and it was not possible to display them at home.

For this reason, I took a serious break from diorama work for a while. However, years later, I established my workshop and decided to make smaller-scale works.

While preparing this study, the books, magazines and articles I have read and the videos I have watched have been of great help.

Apart from that, I thought about what I could do while using the influence of my imagination, and a story started to form in my head. I think every diorama should have a story and tell us something.

The name of my first diorama work to come out of the workshop is "The Fisherman's Story"

An old house where a fisherman lived with limited means. He is a fisherman who tries to support himself by selling the fish he catches, while also renovating his house with his own means and repairing it from time to time. The fisherman, who has just finished repairing the chimney of his house, cannot give up the old ways. The fisherman, who built a bird nest because he loves birds very much, finds peace by listening to their sounds. He makes sure that his hunting equipment is always ready. He does not forget to sit in front of his house and watch nature from time to time, and he lives his life without worry as he will spend the rest of his life in this small house.

The story that came to my mind while making the diorama was almost like this. While making this diorama, I also used my own techniques in addition to the techniques I learned from different places. Some may be techniques never seen before. I enjoyed making the diorama very much, I hope you enjoy reading the story and examining the photos as much as I did.

Finally, as those who follow the subject will know, my project of turning the area I used as a warehouse into a workshop was completed. I shared new photos. I created a workshop where I could be together with toys that I could not display in my room. In this way, the toys will still be with me and I will be able to continue my work among the toys. Its old messy appearance is gone. While I was redesigning this place, it was time to part with some items. Yes, it was meant to be. In general, in order to benefit more from the table, I bought stand hooks and hung many of my materials on these hooks and saved a lot of space. Having everything at hand allows me to complete my projects faster.

Meanwhile, there are many new pieces added to the collection. I will share photos soon.

See you in new projects.

The fishing house looks great, the texturing and paintjob make it look like real wood.

I will soon share photos of all the toys and different objects newly added to the collection.

I also have some NECA and McFarlane figures from sports, music and cinema categories. A few of them are waiting to be repaired. I'm preparing a mixed shelf. I think I'll first repair complete the Ryan Newman figure from the Nascar series. I will add a few photos of the steps of the project.

My work on the diorama will continue. Currently, my brother is making a lawn seeder. I think my job will be easier once that's done.
