We're the laughing stock of the Region because we actually threw a trial before we kill him. Those people would have torn him to wet, bloody pieces by now.
It's just one more reason we have to be underminded, our compassion. We're percieved as weak and that will bring about more violence than killing Saddam.
When we vowed not to torture people, the increase in violence went up 60%.
They know this is a political war fought in the Americans homes and the more they can manipulate that the better they come out in this fight.

He was in control and all of this violence wouldn`t be happening right now if he was still president.
Just last night I was talking with one of my friends he`s from Iraq and he said when Saddam was in charge you couldn`t walk in the street with a gun and there was no bombings and a lot of times you didn`t even have to lock your door.
My friend Hamden is from Jordan and he says the same thing he even joked that if Saddam got out millions would leave the country same day.

I'm guessing that your buddies weren't one of the thousands of Kurds that were poisoned to death back in '88. Just a guess.

No but he spent years fighting in the war with Iran and I only can go by what he says that it was better.
Earlier this year he had one cousin kidnapped and ransomed for $20,000 and another was killed about 4 months ago.

Saddam is a piece of crap and has been asking for it for years. How long did he think he could not cooperate with inspectors, make threats & turn a blind eye to terrorist training camps and not pay the consequences.
