Game of Thrones S5 - 9/10
The first season I haven't rated a full 10. First off I absolutely love the material and have never been bothered by the slower pace of some episodes like others are. I find the vast majority of the characters so interesting that I actually enjoy all the deep character development. That said, the amount of interesting characters has been decreasing as the series progresses. And I'm not just referring to the heroes that have died but the villains too. Pretty much everything surrounding Dorne, including two of my favorite characters (Jaime and Bronn) did nothing for me. Plus, for the first time I actually felt as if the overall narrative wasn't moving forward enough, with the exception being the last 3 episodes. Especially Episode 7: "Hardhome" which was one of the high points in the entire series. Still my favorite show on television but unfortunately I do think S5 stumbled a bit not finding it's footing until about 75% of the way through.

GoT Season 5 - 7.5/10. For me a drop in both writing and quality of episodes but still overall an enjoyable season.
Orphan Black Season 3 7/10 third season fatigue for me. Loved the first season but gradually losing interest.
Penny Dreadful Season 2 9/10. A step up in quality this season. One of my favourite shows on TV.
American Odyssey 6/10 promising start petered out.

I have just started the first season of game of thrones this week and am about halfway through it. I must say that it has grabbed my attention and is worth the watch, for those into medieval stories with a twisting plot. Follows the books fairly well.
9/10.

The Americans Season 3- 9/10
What a great season. I've watched this show from day one and I've enjoyed it, but this season it all just came together and left me wanting season 4 right now!
