Looking closer at that string and where it meets the balloon, it's definitely a rigid string. The balloon will likely be blown plastic. But good luck if it ever gets dented or crushed, then you're pretty much screwed.

Now that's a total exaggeration. The ECC piece is to most more accurate, but to say it look's nothing like him is simply ridiculous.

Nah I'm good dude, but you may want to consider.
Look, I could put that garment on and look like Pennywise, we all could, but it's his face that ultimately defines this piece, and it doesn't look good at all, rendering it a useless purchase, for me. A Fat, chubby and compressed head.
