I had no choice but to hit mine with a blow-dryer on account of one dread being bent inward during shipping. A couple of the backpack wires also came unglued, they're either resin or hard plastic so not much give. Backpack is a touch loose, I've heard a few others report the same thing. Other than that, I'm extremely happy with this. Alien and Predator fans are breathing rare air these days.
Very excited for the City Hunter bust -- and even more gutted that Berserker's not getting one. This is such a great format for these characters. Johnny Matsumoto said they're planning full Alien statues in this scale and I can't help but wonder what the head stand/bust situation will be for those (or will Prime 1 simply make interchangeable mouths/faces and risk seams?)
The portrait here is admittedly quite large, but surprisingly it hasn't made me dread receiving the full statue. Though I'm quite aware of how massive it will be (I'll have to rent a truck to pick it up), it promises to be so well-done that I can't help but think "bring it on." If these are the only collectibles I'm left with in the end, so be it. They're that good.
