I disagree. Batman is the coolest yet most overrated hero out there. His greatest asset is his brain yet "he will always win if he has time to plan" lol. If you take what DC has been selling you that Frank Miller's Year One storyline is the definitive origin of Batman then he's only trained for a max of 8 years before he donned the cowl. In 8 years they want you to digest that he's somehow mastered his mind, body and most forms of martial arts. I'll bite for the mind and body but don't bite on his level of fighting expertise. There are people that spend their whole lives mastering just one form of Martial Arts so it's insulting to make it seem so simple especially by a rich white guy. Yeah I know it's just a comic book and really all heroes are unbelievable but it's just funny how he's always a bit more outside the box. The fact that he is just human supports his popularity but also symbolizes how frail he actually is compared to super powered competition. Imagine a single punch from Mike Tyson, then imagine that times 10, 20 or 100. That's the force of 1 punch from most of the guys in Spidey's rogue gallery so how a human, even at peak level, survives even a glancing blow is beyond me.
