Probably much bigger.

Shao Kahn would be a much larger cube shaped box. Goro was made to hunch over to cut the height to about the same as the other 1/3's released so far.

maybe to reduce his profile as much as possible, but unless he was crouched he wouldn't match the regular 1:3s. Goro is just that big.

Also neither Sagat or Goro will be quite as big as above, they are protos vs production so there will be a little shrinkage. Not significant of course but they will be a little more in scale, still def taller ;p

I've been waiting but I can give the possibilities at least:

If Goro comes out like the proto then the male Ninjas will look like completely out of place with Goro.
Even the prtotypes of the Ninjas are too cartoonyy to match with the Goro proto.
The female Ninjas though may look good as Goro's beeeches...

If Goro is only close to the proto then they will all be one huge steaming brown pile but no cigar.
