sideshow refunds for pcs

I canceled a pcs order through sideshow on August 14th, they told me I would be refunded within 2-3 weeks. I also have a confirmation email stating the same. The refund is by way of sideshow credit... called them last week and now they say " we have no idea when any of the pcs refunds will be processed, we haven't figured that out yet." Normally I would understand, but my problem is at the time of the cancellation they told me " yes you can absolutely order the prime 1 dark knight bust with payment plan and we will apply your $400 credit towards the purchase and it will be covered since the bust is $300".

Ok so at least the emloyees are getting paid. On a sidenote Jerry has removed me from a friend on facebook, this while I was on here defending PCS and never said anything bad about him. I guess that about says it all...looks like he is trying to cut ties with anything PCS related. All that said I still think Sideshow is not the enemy here and are in the same boat as we are...they must be frustrated aswell not being able to give us our refunds and get on with business as usual.

I got all my refunds after 6 months and repeated emails. I was patient but was getting worried that they may go under and be gone with my money. I decided to cancel all my many po's since by the time I get them I would lose more than my deposits and have to waste my time and risk breaking parts to try to sell them since I no longer have the space for these. My deposits were 2k. I canceled the 1:3 ryu all versions, 1;3 Chun li, blue ken, pink ken, lord darkness, etc.....I was very worried after months and months went by. But I got lucky and finally received them last year. All these can be had for 50% off after release now so whats the point. lol

Depends on when my man. People were getting refunds slowly before May.
