Why does Noir Spider-Man require a gun, if Classic Spider-Man does not require a gun? 
Given the Noir outfit, presumably he cannot move as fast through the air compared to Classic suit Spider-Man?
Does Noir Spider-Man use velcro to fasten his hat to his head?
..am i sounding daft?

This looks SO DAMN GOOD! Although after having several statues that had pleather that started to disintegrate, I vowed never to buy another statue with pleather. And it definitely looks like his coat and possibly even the pants are mixed media. I'll have to break my rule for this one because it's too good, but damn I wish this was fully sculpted.
