Wow, those went for a lot of money. I was hoping to get a number of the books but if they are going for that much, I won't get many.

actually less then I expected - considering its a tax write off for many people. I assumed a couple would touch a grand.

Wait til the Keown piece goes up. That sucker looks sweet and is going to go for a good amount of money. I will put a pathetic bid on it and then shortly thereafter have someone bid higher.

About the price range I thought. I wish I had bid on the Choi cover - when I was thinking about bidding I had a little larger number in mind and probably would have got it.
Just goes to show - get it or regret it.

The only thing about these is I'm still not sold on sketch covers. I'd rather have the art on a piece of paper.

Not bad at all. It's charitiy, and just about anyone who wants one should be able to get one. They just won't be able to get 10 or 20 of them.

yeah, if I am going to pay that much, I would want it on a nice 11X17 piece of comic board, not a small comic book. Not that I am not going to try and get a couple and it is for charity but dang, I ain't made of money.
