Normally I wouldn't say a word but this one is going to go way higher than I am willing or wanting to spend.

Odd that someone took this cover to this auction house - its the only piece of comic art they have listed. They would have likely done better taking it to Heritage.
My guess is this will top $5k - its a sweet piece and from a very memorable run in the title and done by one of the most recognized Hulk artists. What more is needed?

Gorgeous cover, and I'm a huge fan of Keown, but I like full body shots.

If this is a grail cover for some of you, I would strongly suggest going for it. In a year, you'll be thrilled for having done so. Put off buying commissions for 6 months and you should be fine (hopefully!).

What about the water damage that this cover suffered, that isn't being reported in the auction? You can actually see some of it in the logo area. You'd be tricked into thinking that was glue stains or browning, but the logo is on an acetate overlay, which really prevents glue stains, what with it not being glued on there.

One more day and this goes up for bid.
As the auction is in NY, anyone want me to go to the auction house and bid for them? (I am kidding)
