I think that is what Sideshow and a lot of the forum police don't realize.

Plus that base just reminds me of some cheap "Star Wars Unleashed" figure from a few years back that cost 20 bucks. Just seems a little uninspired.

Well, when a character has a chestbox and belt that actually light up in the film a replica statue of him should have those lights as well IMHO. It would be ridiculous if the first Vader PF from several years ago had lights and this one doesn't.

Agreed. I decided to wait for the 1/4 scale Vader. This pose is not doing it for me.

Pose is so bad in my opinion. Just way to calm and do t like the leg up with arms swinging to the side like he's ready to fly. I just don't see enough of a presence for vader here. I love the tall base but that's about it. this is a huge pass along with a huge price tag, huge ES or no ES. If this was 299.99 or 350.00 sure why not? But with the prices now for one PF is almost just like the prices for 2 back then. Nah no thanks. Got to draw the line somewhere.

Which Vader would you get...This new PF or the Mythos Vader?

The Mythos line seems to be between 1:4 and 1:5 but they don't look bad with any 1:4 scale. I like all the options but not sure how the fire on the base looks in person.

New PF I like how big it is, just a bit bigger then superman and batman. And pics look good,I like the saber light up.

I want a Vader but not sure.Thoughts?

I want a Vader in my collection as well, but I passed on both. At these prices it better be exactly what I am looking for.

Star Wars collectibles are always around the corner. Someone will get Vader right. I'll get one then.
