Watch the video on ARH Facebook page.... it's essential for putting her together I think

Wow...if only I knew there was a video...it took him a second to put the hair on and me 5 minutes lol. I'm going have to buy the magic eraser to remove the black smear on her back.
Think he should have put instructions on paper for assembling.

I don't think it's possible to attach / remove the hair without incurring some marks. It's just the design of the statue which I think is it's only real flaw.
Even watching Arahom's assembly video, you can hear bumping and scrapes. I have no doubt the statue he used for the demo has marks on the back as well.

You can avoid those damages really. What i do is i keep mine disassembled and kept in the comfy styro packing. Needless to say mine is still factory condition.

I ordered her on ARH website in March (fully paid at time of order). was told that I owe them a certain small amount of shipping cost in August. Paid it via an invoice issued by them in October. Finally got my statue in December.
Wish the victims will get what they bought this year.

Guys !!
I got her ! ...finally.
And to be honest:
This statue is AWESOME ! WAO ! AMAZING ! INCREDIBLE !
Probably the best statue I have ever seen and owned (and I own many..). I really love this one. Perfect cast and paintup, too. Awesome skin colouring (It is the NYCC Version btw).
Yikes; after such long wait and hassle..
