Bones - Season 10

It's amazing that I've been watching this show for ten years now. And it all started because I wanted to see what David Boreanaz would be like outside of Joss Whedon's Angel series which was cancelled the year before Bones began. Anyway, the series actually took a relatively radical turn by killing one of the main characters this season. 6/10

Orange is the New Black s3 ~ 2/5

The weakest season by far. Only the last 2-3 episodes of the season were even worth watching as the majority of the season was lacking a central plot. It redeemed itself slightly in the final episode, but no idea if I'll have enough interest in this series by the time the next season appears

That also sums up my impression of the first two seasons of OITNB. The writers just mark time, then as the end of the season nears, they realize they'd better step it up to get people talking.

Granted, Season 1 was the best of them. I'm 4 episodes into the 3rd season and am not impressed. If it weren't for my wife, I wouldn't be watching anymore.

Orphan Black s3 ~ 2/5

After two very strong seasons, this one stumbled in every way possible. The central hook of the season (re: season 2 finale) just didn't have the momentum to carry a whole season and turned into a convoluted mess. My love affair with this show has ended

True Detective Season 2

Not better than the first season, which started off with an immediate hook, but good. Ep2 definitely stepped it up like WHAMMMOOO!! I dig it

8/10

Suits s3 ~ 4/5

A slight dip from previous seasons for me. The biggest flaw this season was that instead of having 1 case focused on per episode (aside from the overarching story), they had 1 case encompass the majority of the season. The case was dragged out and simply not interesting enough to be given the time it was handed.
The overarching story with all characters was as great as ever. The characters are still the highlight of the show and there were some great laughs this season. Solid cliffhanger at the end of the season so diving right into s4
