What a mess. 
I have one fully paid order on my account. Keep us posted on your order Finder40. I want the comfort in knowing that even though our accounts may be toast our paid orders are still safe.

Thanks Robert.  I'm glad to hear our orders are safe but I think you can understand why we're all a little on edge. It has been a substantial amount of time we have not been able to access our accounts.

For those who can log on. Are you now able to payoff or pay down additional payments? Or is it still just regular monthly automatic drafts?

Looking at the new site. I guess you guys aren't doing in house payment plans? Your using a company, partially?
Also, if you choose straight pay thru Chronicle is the full amount charged or just the deposit and balance when it ships?
