Light Armoured Thor
Got My Light Armoured Thor on Saturday. This is the figure I have been wanting since the First HT Thor figure came out. I cannot express how much I despise the Movie helmet and am not a fan of the Oliver Copiel costume design
First Thoughts
I have wanted an Ultimates thor style figure and That is basically how he looks in Avengers sleeveless. Gonna try and get an Ultimates Thor Hammer & belt for the Figure and I will display it without the cloak.
The hammer as a heavy mofo! Comes with a dynamics style base but no regular base which is a pisser as the dynamics base take up so much room. HT really should include both! Also, not listed in the description but included, is the Poncho that comes with the regular version of this(armoured)
The box is a beauty, One of the best boxes HT has ever done, replicating Mjonlir The box does have a gold rim and is much deeper because of the dynamics stand to differ it from the regular version
Only nitpicks so far are that I wish the arms were not seamless rubber, but muscular with joints as you will not be able to leave the figure in a pose with the elbows bent for a while as there will probably be damage over time. Also as cool as the box is, it feel cheap. Like something you make from one of those fold out books. You can see all the flaps!
