I, Tonya (2017) - Competitive ice skater Tonya Harding rises amongst the ranks at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships, but her future in the activity is thrown into doubt when her ex-husband intervenes.

The mockumentary-styled framing sequence for the movie worked really well. Very funny! 8/10

Three Outlaw Samurai - 6.5/10

Classic samurai film from 1964. Strong narrative with some decent cinematography for its time. Has a Kurosawa feel to it. Recommend to fans of the genre.

Black Panther - 4/5

Focuses more on character and story, rather than action and the world of Wakanda was utterly absorbing. It was a breath a fresh air from the usual comic book movies. One of Marvel's best.

Black Panther 7.5/10 let down by the final act. But up until that point I really enjoyed the character development and toned down humour.
