Well I am curious how the possible problems will be handled with pieces coming from wholesale distributors. I hope it won't be as usual (take a $30 discount or smash the statue for full refund).

Nah ...I doubt it. I'm betting the retailers (wholesale distributors as you call them) will be able to request these replacement capes when they need them.
I'm betting people that bought from retailers ...and know about the defective capes ...will go back to the retailers to request a replacement cape. No need to smash the statues, if SSC is willing to ship these replacement capes for free.

Sorry to hear that Sideshow didn't resolve the bleeding problem fully on yours. Hopefully, the entire run isn't like that, and that if it isn't, they'll have another replacement for you. I actually reviewed this piece for the forum but opted to get the refund shortly thereafter.

I think the stains will appear for other people with the passage of time. Also, as nearmint noted, the original cape matched Huntress's mask, but this new one doesn't.

I returned this entire statue because frankly, I was never going to trust this cape after the earlier issues.
