New site is garbage. It's slow as heck if you can even get pages to load at all. Tracking info is missing. Takes you to a page that says it no longer exists. Points missing. I guess from now on i will order from someone else or stop buying Sideshow altogether.

It is possible to combine Sideshow rewards with promo codes. I hope it is a feature, not a bug.
Unfortunately the discount has not been applied to my payment plan.

The same QC team who checks their statues must have been the ones running QC on the new site.
I'm really surprised that a company as large as Sideshow who does all of their business online launched such a shoddy site update.

You sure you’re not on eBay? That’s exactly the same when they changed their site from the classic site. It just got a lot more complicated and harder to use when looking up info.
I wonder if the ss site was hacked?

Possibly new hires with less knowledge and cheaper pay. Happens at every job/ career these days.
