Peter's supposed to be an average Joe, but a rather handsome one.

This one, though, reminds me of David Patrick Kelly, of 'The Warriors', 'Commando' and 'The Crow' fame:

Peter kinda reminds me of the Joker from Sean Murphy's "White Knight" (if anyone else read that) for some reason.

This could be a Peter clone and Mary Jane doesn't realize she is about to be strangled.
