New Dan Brown Book - The Lost Symbol

http://search.barnesandnoble.com/boo...=9780385504225

Just got an e-mail from B&N today that they have a name and date for the next Dan Brown novel The Lost Symbol. I read the The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons back in 2004 along with his other 2 books. But it's not my regular style or writing but I am looking forward to his next book. I hear this one is based on the Key of Solomon.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

His books are paradoxical - they are real page turners, yet they are very badly written.

I think Angels & Demons is his best, but that's not saying much. Yet, just like the above poster said, they are page turners and not everything has to be "art."

Yeah they aren't the best, not close to my favorite writer, but I do enjoy them. Quick easy reads with stories interesting enough to make me look up the art and places they were about. That is what I liked about his books.

From what I understand it's another Langdon story.
I still think that Tom Hanks was a poor choice for the movies, I always saw Liam Nelson in my head.

Tom Hanks looks dead inside when he plays Langdon.
Read DaVinci Code, but never read A&D. Everyone says they are pretty much the same book though.

Hey can't say they were all the same books

Digital Fortress was totally different and a great story, if your a techie you'll enjoy it more. And it's NOT a Langdon story.
