Once again, it's a cool statue. I "forgive" Syco for all of these little imperfections.
i totally agree, the price of production will have an effect on quality, but then just look on the postive side of things, we didn't break the bank!

Props to Syco. They replaced my Kitana and had it sent out to me express within just a couple days of telling them (after providing photographic evidence of damage). Great customer service.

So what did you do with the broken one? Did you send that one back to Syco? By the way, was it the hair that was broken? It looked like a piece was chipped off there in the pics you posted? And yes that's pretty cool customer service.

The replacement (on the left) is pretty much identical to the original one I recieved, except that it doesn't have the light "scratches" on the side of her shoulder or thigh. So no problems with the second one

The chip in the hair didn't bother me too much, I'm not going to be anal with Syco.. #1, it's a fair price and it's just fun to have some MK stuff out there.. #2 they're a new company and they do seem to be trying their best and evolving

The reason I asked for a replacement is because there was a break at her head. A clean break, but a break none the less. Because it was clean I was able to hide it in my original pics (and didn't want to create panic or loss in confidence as I was sure they'd fix it):

As for the original one I'm going to destory it. I didn't have to send it back to them I just had to give them photos to confirm, and a few days later a replacement rocked up (along with polite correspondence - great customer service).

Oh man. If that had happened to me I'd be so disappointed... You look forward for a long time and she shows up decapitated.

And yes I didn't notice that break at all in the first couple of photos you posted! :O

:O Bumpin' an old thread!

Here are some pics I found online of Kitana which are very clear. You can get a good sense of the quality of the statues by looking at them.

You can find them here:
