I cannot decide between Thanos on throne or the Shiflett Thanos Infinity Gauntlet.

It would be easier to decide with a full reveal.

but I guess SS want to play the waiting game.

They are totally different statues. The Bowen/Shiflett Thanos is a classic take on the character. It's also 1/6 scale. I have it and it's a favorite of mine. This MAQ is more of a movie/Marvel NOW styled Thanos. It's also going to be HUGE at 1/4 scale and seated on a very large throne. It's really almost an apples and oranges comparison between those 2 pieces even though they are statues of the same character.

Yeah...CBG, who has easily spent over 100g on statues just to set them up on boxes and use a Kleenex warning marker is bagging your groceries...
No, it was really a general statement more than it was a direct responce to CBG's claim to be a grocery bagger. I am sure there are lots of people who visit this forum, many who likely never even post, who would love to be able to buy more statues but are unable to given thier current financial status (being in college, having a low paying job, being laid off, etc.). Again, I was there myself during all my years in school and the first couple years I started my business.

This is especially true for people in college who aren't working at all or only working part time, but eventually you get through it and start making some real cash. Again, that was more of a general statement to all the people who visit this forum who can't afford to buy as many statues as they want at this particular time due to various reasons like those I listed.

There are also plenty of people here that can't afford the statues they are buying and are racking up debt over their collections. This band of misfits is made up of all kinds of collectors.

Very very true. Hopefully people are living within their means. You enjoy the statues more that way.
