Watchmen
8/10

Regina King as Sister Night is the bomb. I enjoyed this series - Watchmen, but sort of an alt-verse Watchmen...i dug it.

Ah, Farscape. SPOILERS I didn’t watch the show when it first aired, but I have watched the entire run several times. I’ve been a tv and film nut since the late seventies, and I have never been so involved in a fictional relationship as I have been with John and Aeryn. The scope of their relationship was simply, the best...including two of the most heartbreaking moments ever.

Can I really call Tiger King (on Netflix) a TV Show?!

I couldn’t stop watching and was also furious and disgusted with humanity all at the same time. Such conflicting emotions and my amazement (yet no surprise) at it being a true story gives this an 8/10.

Dip----s acting like Ligers are supposed to exist and aren’t cruel genetic misfits created for human amusement. And I wonder how many white tigers were killed until they had a genetic jackpot and had attractive ones to keep?

Handmaids Tale - all three (3) seasons:

Season 1: 10/10
Season 2: 8/10
Season 3: 7/10

Well worth the watch. Season 3 starts slow, but comes on like gangbusters.

About as good as I thought it would be.
I’d rate this about the same. My problem was how much I was sick of Jonah. Such a baby. I mean, I get this takes place in the span of a few weeks to a month, but come on. Suck it up.

Really enjoyed the influence Jordan Peele has on the series. You can spot his humor and direction.

The other issue I had with Jonah was his age. Assuming his mother was born in 1946, right after war, she would have had to have Jonah at the age of 12 for him to be 19 in 1977.

I just had a craving to see some Farscape again. The first thing that struck (Just factually, not a critique) Is how dated some of it looked. I had no idea this show was so old now, I did watch a lot of it when it first aired, but for some reason I thought that was much more recently than 1999. The fact that this aired only one year after Babylon 5's final season was news to me. I presume the budget for the opening episode may have been somewhat limited also in fairness. Regardless, I ended up watching three episodes and staying up much later into the night than planned, I'm looking forward to more...

Deadwood Season 1 (9.5 of 10) - great first season and I can't wait to dive into Seasons 2 and 3 (although I now have to control my cussing around my family after watching it)
