Fantastic Green Arrow! The DC pieces have been pretty good lately. Only questionable pieces being Batman and Ivy (just not how I picture her).

Yeah, I like it.
My only complaint, is that I wish he had his mustache and beard from the Exclusive portrait, on his hooded portrait. I love the hood, but also love his classic beard/mustache.

I'd say so far Batman has been the only real letdown. Aside from him they've done a great job on design for the most part.

I'm glad they went with the beard and mustache they did on the REG portrait. It fits the hooded portrait perfectly. Gives it a Mike Grell Longbow Hunters vibe to it. The EX portrait totally fits that era of GA. More of a Neal Adams vibe. Both portraits look great.
