It looks like most of the angles where you can more easily see the face itself are below eye level.
The one exception to that, where you can see the portrait(s) when the statue is displayed above eye level, is also the angle where the seam looks to be visible.
At eye level, her arm is doing the ole Dracula move, just without a cape
Both portraits are beautiful- among the best for this character I've ever seen on a statue (for my tastes).
Just about all the individual parts of this are exceptional- I just wish they were all in the service of a stronger, less confused and nonsensical pose.
