It is starnge, you can still find it for just a bit over $100 on ebay a whiole ago...

That's why I turned back to my LCS and picked it up.

one of the comic stores i visit has this for $189. sculpt is nice but there's something about it that doesn't click with me. that and this still sells on ebay for around $120 sometimes with free shipping.

I love dawn but never liked this piece. Personally I do not like the nose or her backside

I can understand why they made this image as the original cover is so vibrant and full of energy, however the statue is somehow static. The face doesn't capture the Linsner charm whatsoever.

Dawn has always been a difficult one to replicate in three dimensions, even the better statues don't really feel like Linsner art. The Bowen one is pretty close, the 10th Anniversary maybe not quite as much, although it's an amazing statue in it's own right so I'm not knocking it for that. Battle Goddess is my least favourite. The PCV ones seem to be doing a better job when it comes to likeness so maybe they should just make larger scale versions of those!

anyone get the diamond select femme fatales dawn executioner? sculpt seems to be quite good as well as the paint apps.
