If you look at your email the case number is in there. I don't know if you knew that or not. The case number helps for quicker reference.

Rates have gone up since Goro was shipped a long time ago. At the beginning of the year, rates for all carriers went up as they normally do annually, but they also changed the pricing for larger boxes. The calculation of priced based on Dimensional weight was changed so boxes like ours are unfortunately more costly to ship since they take up more space on the delivery trucks. The price we give you is what we're paying more or less - even with our discount. ):
