You have to buy juggs EX to complete the set

I think the EX is showing SS intention very clear to not make her PF. So as much as I do love Lockheed, I am not happy about it being made as EX for colossus

I agree with what others have said about the simplicity but I actually prefer it to the more elaborate XM colossus. Hopefully will mean it's not priced too high either. Also think that they definitely wont do Kitty on a full statue as it would be silly not to have Lockheed with her.
