Dead Island 2

It's been 8 or so years of waiting, but this trailer looks really promising. The gore is really cool (very graphic, much more than I remember from the previous games).

I hope the customizing of weapons doesn't disappoint, since a lot of different weapons can safe the game from being to monotone.

Oh shoot, my husband loved the 1st one. I remember playing with him on occasions and every time I did, I got thirsty when I went into certain places of the beaches LOL.

It did have glitches where your weapon will drop and stayed under the pavement of those streets and you couldn't get them out or you just couldn't retrieve it.

I have to tell him since he has already finished the 1st one a while back, and he never thought they would make a 2nd. Thanks for the info!!

You'er welcome, seems it is something other people missed too.

There has been a 2nd one about 1 year after the 1st one, but I didn't like it that much. It felt less fun since a lot of things (like the hidden treasures) seemed just copy-paste, making you feel you visited the same places over and over. It felt rushed.

I remembered playing the first game but never finished it. This one looks good. Reminds me a lot of Dead Rising series, where you can craft weapons...outrageous weapons.

I forgot about this game. I loved Dead Island and liked DI Riptide. Hard to get excited for DI 2 when the original trailer dropped nearly 9 years ago.
