This is the second time that an expensive Zavvi pre-order isn't available, even though I've been pre-ordering for ages and I can't get my money back!

Don't order there at all, I've been stalled for months with refunds from them, orders can't be delivered and money isn't returned: absolutely dubious, the problem is an English company with no telephone number at all and the support is a disaster, so don't order anything!
I have ordered two different Hasbro Items, later in months no available und no REFUND!!
