Out of all the product we've shipped, we haven't had one shipping complaint in the US or overseas...

Glad to hear it is studio scale, at 22" this thing is sure to make for an impressive display piece! Trying to make things happen at thew moment, the biggest problem is you frankly... I want too much of your cool stuff
As for shipping, yeah, I touched on this with Amy and I really appreciate that you guys are happy to declare a lower value, but it is a risk and at my expense so it may not be worth taking. All it takes is one dozy delivery guy, or one who is having a bad day to chuck it down and there goes $6-700. To go back to my SSC example, the difference between a huge statue from them, and the Rodger Young kit is about $130 in their favor for Fed Ex plus the 20% tax we get charged on that. I'm not complaining as I'm sure you're doing your best for us but that is a huge difference, I'm assuming the Rodger Young box will be smaller and lighter also (as big as it may be) Just wondering why SSC can get the rates so low, is it simply the volume of stuff they put out? Or are they subsidising international shipping maybe? Either way, hopefully you'll get some better rates down the line, just means we can buy more stuff.
For now though, I'd really like this beautiful ship and I really hope you'll continue making starships, I have plenty of suggestions should you need any help choosing subjects.
