Doesn't state, they are usually fiberglass and don't feel at all like metal, it is possible that particular reviewer may have been drunk
Well my Scar bio is cold to the touch as I painted it with Alclad chrome. The recent P1 was a step down in quality unfortunately. The base was incredibly light, the materials on the mask paper thin to the point that you can bend it and many of them didn't connect properly to the stands (mine didn't attach at all) can't speak for this P2 but fortunately it doesn't seem to have the production troubles that the P1 did.
