Not sure if I will just lube the hole in the body a bit next time, or actually drill it out a touch larger. There is really no need for it to be that tight.
Congrats on picking up an amazing looking piece!
My Felicia required some effort to attach the tail.
I had no issue removing the tail.

Looks great, definitely like the puckered lips head the best.

Agreed, it's my favorite of the 3. Though I think if they had just given the "neutral" head a little side eye/glance, it could have been amazing too.

Here's the pin all roughed up and ready to be glued back into the tail.

This statue has issues. The left hand does not stick in place. I can feel the magnet pulling for the right hand. I do not feel any magnet on the left. I'm going to have to contact HMO. The holes for the tentacles that insert behind her ears are not big enough to insert on mine either.

That's because there isn't one. It's a just a pin...

That's bad construction. I also meant to say the holes for the tentacles aren't big enough.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

any reason why they just made one arm with magnet while not the other. she isn't holding any heavy material or anything. unlike that red riding hood statue.

Since you don't want a pin connection fighting gravity, the vertical right arm connection is via magnets. If the left arm was completely horizontal, with the elbow bent and the forearm pointing up, then one could argue for the pin connector. But it's not... it's actually angled slightly downward. So I think it was a dumb decision, and it should also have been done with magnets.

Obviously I shouldn't have to, but I will use a tiny bit of museum putty to hold the arm in place.
