Still no plans on getting her but I do like the new head more than the old one. It's not perfect but I like my comic statues to look like the comics and not real people.

That is how the original line was though.
Wouldn't it be more interesting to have a more realistic line, which this is?
I think they made Psylocke less cohesive.
Originally it was her base that set her apart, but now it is the portrait and base.

None of these new portraits appeal to me. I think they look like people in cosplay or movies that didn't actually happen. They lose something when they get to realistic imo

Such a basic statue at an high-end price, without any light-up feature makes me confused

Lets just hope x23 goes up before the 2019 prices.

The prices on everything are getting way out of hand. Starting to have a hard time justifying them.

For me most hit the balance between comic and realism.

I like the psyblade on the new PF, I also think it helps to bring the base together which I have always liked. But...

It's off-putting to me how similar the OG PF and this new PF are in pose from the torso up. With the new portrait it seems like SS went -- oh crap, make sure the hair is going in a different direction or we will have the same pose between the two.

And I don't understand why SS feels that "more Asian" means to put the character face in a vice and squish it. They did the same thing with the OG PF -- but at least with that they were clearly selling "realistic" and "Jim Lee comic" between the two portraits. On this current PF it's just so off-putting and not really "realistic" or "comic".

Oh and let's not forget that the OG Psylocke EX did some with change out to psyblade, a fine art print, AND two portraits.
