Hot Toys Helicarrier release date?

I saw the Hot Toys Helicarrier about a year ago has anyone heard anything about this? Any release date?

It was never even officially opened for pre-order. I doubt there will be a release date.

This helicarrier is most likely to go the route of the 1966 Batmobile.

I'm thinking it was just meant for brand awareness and publicity. Never meant for mass production.
