The more I look at this one, the more I love it. I love that they have embraced the man in a suit look with the wrinkles etc. This would make for a perfect 1/4 statue imo...

I shot KotoEu a message, it seems this one will be around soon enough after all, and a bigger size is possible, although not quite as big as 1/4.

"The availability is planned for late February 2016 and the pre-orders should be opening
soon on Kotobukiya US and EU.

1/4th Scale is not part of the our usual range, so I may be difficult to fit with the rest
of our productions, but a future 1/6th scale is definitely possible (no official
information about this eventuality yet)"

Just to clarify what was relayed to you: for the Alien license 1/6th won't be happening anytime soon since we don't have the rights for this scale.

No worries, I didn't taker it as a guarantee anyway. But it sure would be nice to see you get the rights and make this in a bigger scale in future.

Love everything about the figure (on page 1) except the pose. Looks a little like the Alien could use the Gents.

No worries! If Koto decides to do an Alien Queen in 1/10 scale it would be awesome and most probably a pretty good size.

Gonk, can you share a little info as to what Kotobukiya has the rights for? We know it's for 1/10 scale but what movies are included in this license?

While I can kind of see that now you've pointed it out, I really like the pose on this. The only thing I'd change is the scale... But I'm buying this little one regardless.

I can't decide whether the creases in the lower legs make this awesome or hilarious. Maybe both?

This isn't a statue of the Alien so much as a statue of Bolaji Badejo

Well it was called the Big Chap for a reason, I really like that they have embraced the guy in a suit look rather than be unnecessarily embarrassed by it or try to cover it up by making this overly skinny.
