Well this one is a bit different than what was officially released by DCD. I have no idea what the original goes for but it doesn't have a light-up ring and the right arm is bent upwards instead of extending out. The sculptor Ray Villafane customized two of these (one for me and another for another SF member) where he re-sculpted the right arm and added the light-up feature.
