Working for me.
You tried it on 3 PC's from the same IP location? If so you could probably do with re-starting your router / hub as a first step.

Jerry quick question. I am going to pay tomorrow via paypal and will be using my amex linked to my account. I know in the past when I've tried to pay other merchants this way it did not work. Just wanted to know if I'll have an issues tomorrow. Thank you

Its being offered to all the usual retailers that carry collectibles but as to when they put it up for pre-order I cant answer. Everyone will be different.
For example Im pretty sure Simply Toys in Singapore already has it up and available.
Best thing you can do is just check your fav retailers websites to A) make sure they carry our stuff and if they do then B ) watch for it to go on pre-order (or contact them)
