What does BBTS say?
Sometimes additional batches can take a year, two+.
From personal experience I cannot believe BBTS would not refund an NRD for a 4 year old order.
Now as far as "guaranteeing" you will get your statue; dream on.
BBTS may have last been told by their distributor of the expected delivery date listed on their website but that does not mean it will happen.
BBTS deals in thousands upon thousands of products so keeping track of anything individuality is not in their wheelhouse.

BBTS has said they can refund the deposit but I wasn't going to follow through until I got a confirmation from Kinetiquettes that all batches are finished and shipped.
What frustrates me is that there are 16 Geese Howard Kinetiquette listings on ebay from Chinese sellers and BBTS hasn't even received theirs. The eBay listings are double the price after shipping.

Well BBTS had a 2nd batch of Tsume's Asura years ago. Took like 3 years but lo and behold they did finally get it !

He is sold out a long time ago, i didnt recall the number on mine but it was a very low number..so i don't think there will be another batch..

Yeah wasn't it like 250? If they shorted BBTS though they could make some more since they sell a lot of their stuff on PO.

I sent another email to Kinetiquettes saying they're working with BBTS to get the stock in. So there is/will be inventory for those who preordered from BBTS. I'll update once it arrives. Hopefully before the year ends.
