Hi, guys. Does anybody know how to get ahold of Tweeterhead? I have been trying to cancel an order for a month now and they have not responded to any of my emails through their contact form.

Lol, I contacted them last week and getting the cold shoulder from them also. Just change your partial.ly card info so it doesn’t get charged until they decide to actually answer your email.

Didn't Tweeterhead have major CS issues a while back? I thought that was one reason they decided to have Sideshow exclusively distribute their stuff, but then they went back to selling direct as well.

That was a fun moment in the chat. I dressed like Cap, like, 4 years in a row (each year upgrading the costume a little bit) but EVERY TIME I wore pants on pants... on underwear... it's the worst.

I’m not really sure but who knows why their customer service is lacking. I would hate to have a return due to damage, I might just get stuck with it. If anyone knows how to get in contact with them let us know …hint, hint Igo.

Hey guys, sorry I missed the other messages.

The "Contact" form is the best way, all of those go directly to Chad and he handles everything

Once in a blue moon something doesnt go through, and if you have used the "contact" form and havent heard back within 48 hours (not including the weekend) then reach out to Chad directly:

chad@tweeterhead.com

Again, Contact Page is the best bet, it all goes to Chad, and that form goes to a high priority folder he checks almost every day. The Chad@ is his direct email, but he obviously gets swamped with a lot of emails and CS issues could get lost in the mix, since they dont go to that specific folder, so just a heads up.
